Head of Software Engineering

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Software Engineering, responsible for leading the technical vision and strategy for our data analytics and insights solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Set the technical direction and strategy for our data analytics and insights solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers, data scientists, and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Product Development: Collaborate with product design, managers, and stakeholders to define product roadmaps, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Architecture and Engineering: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software architectures, leveraging cloud-based technologies, DevOps practices, and data engineering principles.
- Customer Success: Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful adoption of our solutions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, vendors, and industry leaders to drive innovation, growth, and market leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and measure the impact on software delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading technical teams, driving growth, diversity, and empowerment.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in cloud-based technologies (Azure), DevOps practices, data engineering principles, and modern software development methodologies.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, market trends, and customer needs, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with relevant certifications and training in data engineering, cloud computing, and software development.
