Behavioural Coach for Inclusive Learning Environments

We are recruiting a Behavioural Coach to work with students who require additional support in Huddersfield. As a Behavioural Coach, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support, helping students with daily tasks, and collaborating with the lead teacher to develop IEPs.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with special needs and challenging behaviours. They will be required to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviours effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's educational and social development. The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviours
