About the Role:

The Community Outreach and Engagement Coordinator will play a key role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN), and a range of associated social, emotional, and mental health challenges and traumas.

The role involves working closely with local communities, schools, and other stakeholders to develop effective partnerships and promote the well-being of vulnerable young people.

About You:

">

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable young people.

">

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Criminology, and experience working with vulnerable populations.

">

Salary and Benefits:

">

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, training, and professional development opportunities.

Estimated Salary Range: £28,100 - £36,400
