We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team in the Cast Iron Restaurant and Brew Bar at Delta Hotels by Marriott St Pierre Country Club. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and providing an exceptional guest experience.


About the Role


As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for:



  • Leading and supervising shifts in the Cast Iron Restaurant and Brew Bar to ensure efficient service and high standards of food quality
  • Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience
  • Being knowledgeable about all food and beverage items offered in the restaurant and bar and ensuring that the team carries the same level of knowledge
  • Ensuring compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures
  • Inspecting storage areas for cleanliness, organization, and FIFO
  • Completing stock inventories on a regular basis and ordering stock as required
  • Supporting with training and developing the team
  • Establishing and maintaining open, collaborative relationships with other hotel teams and being flexible to support in all areas of the hotel if required
  • Identifying, developing, and introducing ways to upsell and increase revenue within the department
  • Completing opening and closing duties to ensure the restaurant is ready for service, utensils and equipment are ready, and all cash and keys are locked away at the end of the day
  • Monitoring the restaurant for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
  • Ensuring the team is proactive in offering table service
  • Supporting with developing seasonal handcrafted cocktails to drive additional sales

About You


We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor with:



  • Great conversational skills and a teamwork-oriented approach
  • A positive outlook and outgoing personality
  • Previous Food and Beverage supervisory experience in a hotel environment, ideally within a restaurant or bar
