We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Coordination Specialist to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our assessment team, you will be responsible for coordinating the care needs of clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service possible.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong observational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. You will be working with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique needs and circumstances, so it's essential that you have a patient and empathetic approach.

Requirements
  • A degree in nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with no restrictions and a valid PIN
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote systems
  • A valid driving license or reliable transportation to reach the nearest assessment centre

Working Hours

This is a full-time role, requiring 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day). Flexible working hours can be arranged with your line manager after initial training, accommodating both personal preferences and business needs. Available shifts include 8am – 4:30pm or 9am – 5:30pm, with an unpaid one-hour lunch break. We will provide at least 4 weeks' notice for any changes to your schedule.
