We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd in Woking.

This role offers a challenging yet rewarding experience, working with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and associated learning difficulties.

As a dedicated Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping to raise attainment and support the academic success of our students, who all have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

You will be responsible for supporting teachers and other staff members in providing a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes positive relationships and behaviours.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEMH and be able to demonstrate empathy and pragmatism when working with vulnerable young people.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with students who are aged 9-16 years old and have a range of abilities, interests and ages.

We offer competitive pay rates of £83+ per day, paid weekly via PAYE, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.00pm.
