About This Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tutor with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or 2 years tuition experience to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Tutor, you will provide individualized support in core subjects of Maths, English, and Science to students on a 1:1 basis, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tutoring core subjects and experience working with students with SEND or disengaged pupils.

Job Overview
This position involves providing ongoing educational support to a student on a 1:1 basis, focusing on core subjects of Maths, English, and Science. The successful candidate must hold the right to work in the UK, have QTS or equivalent, and an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 tutoring support in Maths, English, and Science to a student
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the student's needs
* Work closely with the student to identify areas of strength and weakness, and create a personalized learning plan
* Collaborate with other professionals as needed to ensure the student receives comprehensive support

Requirements
* Minimum 6 months tutoring experience
* Experience working with students with SEND or disengaged pupils
* UK classroom teaching experience
* Creativity, patience, and willingness to think outside the box
