Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to support a child in Year 4 who is on the pathway to being diagnosed with suspected Autism.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special needs, working closely with a supportive and inclusive school community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to a child with Autism, adapting teaching strategies to meet their unique needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement tailored learning plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and safe learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Education or related field (desirable but not essential).
  • Previous experience working with individuals with special needs preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Salary and Benefits:
