Job Description

This is a dynamic role that requires multitasking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Cafe Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and cafe area, and providing top-notch customer service.

  • Cooking and Serving: Prepare and cook menu items according to our standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet our expectations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and cafe area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries, resolving complaints, and making recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and managers.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize duties, and manage your time efficiently.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
