Coastal Rescue Specialist

**Lifeboat Technician Position:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lifeboat Technician to join our team at RNLI Thurso Lifeboat Station.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our lifeboats, as well as providing technical support to our crew members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on lifeboats and associated equipment
• Conduct regular inspections of lifeboats and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Provide technical guidance and support to crew members on lifeboat operations and maintenance
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of lifeboat operations with wider station activities
