About the Role

GDI Hub is seeking a highly skilled Research Assistant to support the team in its portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Research and Delivery Team to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, report academic research, and provide strategic and operational consultancy.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in international disability inclusion, assistive and accessible technology, and global health. A postgraduate qualification or equivalent work experience in a relevant field is required. The successful candidate will be able to independently conduct research, analysis, and literature reviews, and have excellent written communication skills.

The Research Assistant will work on a range of projects, including those under the UK Aid funded AT2030 programme. The role will involve designing and delivering training and workshops, hosting and presenting speaker sessions, and tracking impact and reach of research and delivery.

GDI Hub is a world-leading delivery and practice centre, an Academic Research Centre at UCL, and the first WHO Global Collaborating Centre on Assistive Technology. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team working to accelerate ideas into impact for a more just world.
