Peer Support Programme Coordinator

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Peer Support Programme Coordinator to join our team at Ad Warrior Ltd. As a coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the team and the prison in delivering peer-led elements of service delivery.
The salary for this role is approximately £25,154 per annum, and our benefits package includes access to Electric Car Scheme, Cycle to Work scheme, and 3 x Wellbeing Days (pro rata'd for part-time employees). You'll work on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends, and must be able to travel between sites.
You'll work closely with substance misuse teams, promoting engagement and delivery of recovery pathways and peer support. Your role will enable training and supervision of peer supporters and mentors to operate effectively across all wings of the prison, motivating and encouraging service users to take greater responsibility for their health and wellbeing while in custody.
