We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Wisbech. As a key member of our Neighbourhood Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to older adults with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop care plans for service users with significant mental health conditions.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to promote recovery and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in regular meetings and contribute to shared care planning.
- Clinically assess mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Relevant professional registration (Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker).
- Training in supervision and appraisal.
Desirable qualifications include post-qualifying training and non-medical prescribing qualifications.
