Role Overview:

As a Sales Conveyancing Director, you will be responsible for leading the Sales Progression team, liaising with teams in Shanghai, Dubai, and Hong Kong. You will progress deals through from reservation to exchange/completion, conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, report on sales performance, and communicate with legal, finance, investment, sales, and marketing teams. You will also take leadership of reporting to the board and manage a direct report.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the legal progression of plot sales transactions, across four sales offices
  • Run and review AML checks
  • Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Manage the Sales Matrix for each development, ensuring information is current and accurate
  • Manage weekly cross-team reporting with accurate data and figures
  • Weekly reporting to the board with sales figures and progression updates
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts to respond to buyers' legal enquiries and progress transactions
  • Frequently liaise with solicitors, clients, and brokers
  • Manage the completions and handover process for each development
  • Coordinate valuations, liaise with Mortgage Lenders and Valuers, prepare CML forms, and valuation packs
  • Manage a log of any client changes and change order forms, ensuring they are signed off by the Sales and Marketing Director and the relevant onsite teams
  • Help chase and keep track of upcoming and overdue stage payments
  • Manage document control and ensure files are kept up to date
  • Assist with a range of administrative tasks for the global sales team
