About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Health Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centered care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Supporting individuals with their physical and emotional needs, including providing emotional support and guidance.
  • Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
