About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting Lady A and Lady B with their daily living tasks, including personal care, activities, and medication. You will also be required to attend appointments and ensure that notes are written in full after each visit.
Lady A requires hands-on support and clear communication, while Lady B requires a supportive and calm environment. You will need to be patient, attentive, and able to break down tasks into manageable steps to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care to Lady A and Lady B
- Support with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication
- Attend appointments and ensure that notes are written in full after each visit
- Provide a supportive and calm environment for Lady B
- Use effective de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviour
