Job Overview

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings. This will involve:

  • Assisting young people with daily routines, including morning preparations and evening relaxation activities.
  • Encouraging and supporting young people to engage in hobbies, social activities, and friendships.
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to help young people overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all young people.
