We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Long Eaton, Derbyshire. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals with daily activities, providing emotional support and promoting independence.
- Build meaningful relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality service, ensuring the needs of individuals are met.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive impact.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time) + a variety of benefits including pension and holiday buying options.
