We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our transport services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects to the Transport Manager.
- Schedule routine maintenance and liaise with clients to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with vehicle procurement, licensing, and registration processes.
- Prepare driver documentation, including route plans and Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
- Provide administrative support to the Transport Manager, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Experience in transport administration or planning, preferably in a logistics or waste management environment.
- Proficiency in using transport management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
