Customer Service and Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Sainsbury's team as a Customer and Trading Manager. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for leading the overnight team and ensuring that our store is fully prepared for the following day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overnight team and manage the operational aspects of the store during your shift.
- Ensure that all shelves are restocked, and deliveries are processed in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with other managers to plan shift patterns and activities.
- Conduct thorough handovers to the next manager at the end of your shift.

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with excellent leadership skills. You will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of managing teams.
