About this Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering Person Centred care to our service users.
The successful candidate will be focused on providing high-quality support that enables our service users to live independently and participate in community activities. You will be responsible for supporting service users with daily living tasks, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and encouraging their personal growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Encourage service users to participate in community activities, such as clubs, social events, and hobbies
- Provide emotional support and guidance to service users, promoting their mental health and well-being
- Assist service users with accessing local services and facilities, such as healthcare, education, and employment
- Maintain accurate records of service user activities, progress, and concerns
