About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Support Professional to join our team at Mears Supported Living. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our service users, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
- Accompany service users on outings and activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each service user.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
