About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Support Professional to join our team at Mears Supported Living. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and fulfill their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
- Accompany service users on outings and activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
- Assist service users with hobbies and interests, fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to service users, helping to build strong relationships and a sense of belonging.
