About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Mears Supported Living. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Accompany service users on outings and activities, promoting social inclusion and community engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans, ensuring they are tailored to each service user's needs
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
