Your Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the opportunity pipeline for new accounts, providing strategic account management for ongoing engagements, and building and maintaining active customer relationships with key stakeholders in the UK defence sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: You will provide exceptional customer service, manage multiple sales pipelines, and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have experience in sales/account management within the UK public sector or related industries, proven client management and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
