About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a local primary school in Hounslow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to children in the early years department, ensuring their health, safety, and wellbeing at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging play-based activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, informing parents and contributing to the school's assessment process.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum-aligned teaching.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Assist in the management of resources and materials to maintain a safe and enabling learning environment.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid Enhanced Child DBS check
  • DBS update service subscription
  • Safeguarding certificate (dated within the last year) or willingness to obtain one
  • Level 2 or 3 Child Care Diploma or NVQ

The salary for this role is approximately £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
