Nurture Young Minds as an Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at a reputable nursery in Hounslow. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 6:30pm, all year round.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will also work closely with parents to ensure that children receive the best possible care and education.

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and updates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
Requirements and Salary:

We require an individual who can work full-time, Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:30pm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children in the UK, preferably in a school or nursery setting.

  • Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:30pm.
  • Either already hold or be willing to apply for a Child-Only DBS.
  • Prior experience working with children in the UK, ideally in a school or nursery setting.
  • Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and a background in early years education is preferred.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
