Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Child and Adolescent Psychology Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in Hounslow CAMHS. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and intervene with individuals with neurodevelopmental difficulties, ensuring effective treatment plans that address their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines to deliver comprehensive care and support to clients and their families.
  • Supervise junior staff members and contribute to the development of the team's clinical practice.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of research methodology, research design, and complex data analysis to inform clinical decision-making.
Requirements
  • Doctoral-level training in clinical/counselling psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology.
  • Professional registration with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC).
  • Post-qualification training in supervision or specialist application of formal therapy models.
Salary and Benefits
