This teaching assistant role requires an enthusiastic and proactive individual who can provide one-to-one support to a child with Mild Learning Difficulties. If you have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent and experience working with children in EYFS, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. As a teaching assistant, you will assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons and use your initiative to engage the child in activities. You will also need to be happy to conduct personal care and comfortable leading small groups and working 1:1 with vulnerable students. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons to support the child's learning
- Work closely with the class teacher to ensure seamless integration into the classroom environment
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with children in EYFS
- Ability to work effectively with children with SEND
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
