We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at Bloor Homes. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that all sales are completed in a timely and professional manner, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, as well as relevant local information, competitors, and market trends.
* Ensure that all sales are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that all customers are treated with the highest level of professionalism and respect.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, solicitors, estate agents, banks, and building society managers and valuers.
* Regularly update and progress all prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system.
* Ensure that all health and safety aspects of Covid-19 are adhered to.

Essential Skills and Attributes

* Experience of sales in the new house building market.
* Full Driving Licence.
* Proven Sales Skills and effective negotiation skills.
* Able to recognise key buying signals.
* Positivity and target driven with good self-motivation.
