About This Role
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Head Office Accounts Team as a Credit Control Administrator. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including rent arrears management, email management, payment processing, and bank account management.
Responsibilities
- Rent Arrears Management: Chasing and managing rent arrears to ensure timely payments.
- Email Management: Responding to and managing incoming emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Payment Processing: Conducting monthly payment runs to landlords and contractors, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Bank Account Management: Managing and reconciling bank accounts with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Deposit Registration: Ensuring deposits are properly registered, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Auditing: Conducting contract and let sheet audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Reporting: Preparing and submitting reports as required for landlords and management, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Support: Providing support to branches and landlords through regular meetings and training sessions, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- General Support: Assisting the Client Accounts Manager and Financial Director with general accounts and administration tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the team.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Background in Administration, Customer Service, or Credit Control.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and excellence.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work weekends during busy periods.
- A passion for developing within a collaborative team environment, with a focus on building strong relationships and achieving shared goals.
