Key Account Administrator

There is an opportunity to join our team service team as a Key Account Administrator.
The role:
As an Key Account administrator you will be accountable for:
- Monitoring numerous customer specific inboxes
- Maintaining customer web based portals
- Uploading of worksheets, invoices and quotations
- Resolving queries
- Point of escalation
- Monitoring of service level agreements
- Be able to multi task
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be friendly and approachable
- Tackle issues with a positive attitude
