Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Robert Walters Group - Public Sector Division. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide exceptional financial support to our stakeholders, working closely with non-finance colleagues to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Take ownership of producing high-quality management accounts for the External Affairs directorate, conducting thorough variance analysis to ensure accurate income tracking.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Lead the budget and forecasting cycles within the EA team, working closely with Heads of Areas to ensure reliable income tracking practices are in place.
  • Financial Partnership and Collaboration: Partner with non-finance colleagues to drive business growth, providing financial support and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Support the generation and dissemination of management accounts, working with the Fund-raising team to develop practices within the CRM system for clear visibility of income.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, working closely with stakeholders to prevent delays to pilot schemes/projects.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Part-Qualified - CIPFA, ACCA or CIMA, fully qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience working in charity/not for profit, public sector, education, housing or civil service, or an exceptional knowledge of their structure and workings.
