Job Description

**Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Partner to join our team at OneAdvanced. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the VP of our division and partnering with both businesses and functional streams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with businesses and functional streams to deliver timely and accurate month-end reporting, business intelligence, and insightful analytics.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and feed into the centre.
  • Collaborate with the central finance team to deliver best-in-class reporting, forecasting, and insightful analysis.
  • Lead the forecasting and planning for the division.
  • Work closely with the business to drive commercial performance and delivery of the financial plan.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or other relevant subject.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Solid background in accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and financial modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel and proficiency in finance systems.
  • Exposure to Business Intelligence and Performance Management tools.
