About the Role
The University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust is seeking an experienced administrator to join our Community Heart Failure Team. As the team administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical team in delivering high-quality care to patients living with heart failure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage appointments, answer general questions, and take messages for the clinical team
- Assist in arranging clinics across various bases
- Support the collection of service performance data
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a secretarial/administrative role
- Experience of using NHS patient records and data systems
- Good literacy and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
About Us
The University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust provides care outside of the hospital setting, including community locations and people's own homes. Our hospital services operate from three main hospitals, with a range of general hospital services, including emergency departments and consultant-led services.
