SEN Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Coordinator to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of special educational needs services to children aged 5-18 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development and implementation of individualized educational plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Monitor student progress and make adjustments to plans as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless support.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: up to £38,809 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
- Paid enhanced DBS and update service.
- Ongoing professional development and training.
