Business Intelligence Support Officer

Join the RNN Group team as a Business Intelligence Support Officer and take on a challenging role that combines technical expertise with business acumen. As a key member of the Business Intelligence Team, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and maintaining business intelligence systems to support improved quality, flexibility, and efficiencies across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence systems to support business decision-making
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business intelligence systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across business intelligence systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence
Requirements:
  • Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths
  • Level 3 IT (or above) IT-related qualification
  • Experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS, or MS Access reporting tools
  • Proficiency in using and supporting Pro Suite software or other similar systems
