Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain business intelligence systems to support business decision-making
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business intelligence systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Ensure data quality and integrity across business intelligence systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence
- Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths
- Level 3 IT (or above) IT-related qualification
- Experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS, or MS Access reporting tools
- Proficiency in using and supporting Pro Suite software or other similar systems
- Access to local government pensions scheme
- Up to 41 days annual leave per year including closure during the Christmas period
