Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Manager to lead our Supported Living services in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and wellbeing of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities.

The role involves:

  • Conducting regular reviews of person-centred care plans and health action plans
  • Maintaining a safe environment for service users in line with CQC guidelines and client policies
  • Carrying out effective risk assessments and emergency planning
  • Developing and motivating a high-performing support team
  • Managing complaints and implementing resolution strategies

The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 per annum, and benefits include up to 35 days' annual leave entitlement, staff discount shopping scheme, and employee assistance programme.
