The Role

We're seeking a talented Organic Performance (SEO) Manager to join our agency. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for delivering market-leading strategy, analysis, and insights for our clients. You will manage multiple Organic Performance accounts, develop individual SEO strategies, and prioritize task roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables to ensure projects are on-time and within budget.
  2. Manage direct teams' workload, training, and development.
  3. Recommend and prioritize fixes for technical issues impacting organic performance.
  4. Identify opportunities affecting the wider Organic Performance team.
  5. Share technical knowledge with other team members.
  6. Contribute to new business development, including data gathering and deck development.

Requirements

  1. 2+ years of technical SEO/Organic Performance experience.
  2. Experience working on a range of websites across multiple industries.

Technical Skills & Tools

  1. Full technical audits with prioritized actions.
  2. Keyword research and mapping.
  3. Backlink auditing.
  4. Link reclamation.
  5. Crawl optimization.
  6. SERP features optimization.
  7. Experience migrating a website.
  8. Page speed optimization.
  9. Rank tracking.
  10. Building SEO reports.
  11. Schemas mark-up (including JSON-LD).
  12. Good working knowledge of crawling tools.
  13. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS.
  14. Experience working on off-site Organic Performance campaigns.
