GIMO is seeking a highly skilled SEO Account Manager to join our Software development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving increased revenue through effective use of SEO, working closely with our Senior SEO Manager and Digital Director to plan SEO strategies, and managing link building activities to achieve weekly set link targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Senior SEO Manager and Digital Director to plan and execute SEO campaigns
  • Manage link building activities to achieve weekly set link targets
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage on-page SEO of client websites to improve search engine rankings
  • Develop and implement blog strategies in collaboration with the content department
  • Work on link building/off-page SEO campaigns to improve website visibility
  • Improve the visibility, design, content, conversion, and engagement of all websites

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in SEO
  • Understanding of technical SEO (pagespeed, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, Majestic, Screaming Frog
  • Familiarity with WordPress
  • Knowledge of PHP, JS, database (MySQL) – beneficial but not a must
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Additional SEO qualifications are beneficial
