We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Services professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in at least two languages, including French, Dutch, or Italian, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to EMEA clients via phone and email.
- Liaise with regional and global teams to resolve customer service issues and provide guidance and support.
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner and log, update, and create tasks as necessary.
- Process payments over the phone and check invoices on behalf of billing.
- Liaise with customers regarding events, registration, and payments.
- Provide basic technical support and account administration across the EMEA region.
- Allocate leads to the sales team for verification.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French, Dutch, or Italian, and English.
- Experience dealing with customers and administration.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Ability to work 3 days in office and 2 days from home.
- Availability to start ASAP.
