Job Title: Consultant in Anaesthetics and Intensive Care

Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Consultant in Anaesthetics and Intensive Care to join our team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert anaesthetic and intensive care services to patients
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development of our services, including clinical governance and quality improvement
  • Participate in teaching and training of junior medical staff and other healthcare professionals
  • Undertake research and audit to improve patient outcomes and services
Requirements:
  • Eligibility for entry onto the Specialist Register for Intensive Care Medicine
  • Experience in anaesthetics and intensive care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
