We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Alchemy Global Talent Solutions. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other Guest Services Coordinators to create and maintain high-end guest services, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement effective internal communication programs to foster open liaison with guests, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Support Account Managers with various tasks, including hotel searches and accommodation bookings, to ensure efficient and personalized service.
  • Respond promptly to client and guest maintenance issues, providing timely resolutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop innovative ideas to share with stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Prepare and send accommodation extension requests and move-out instructions, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions.
  • Upload new property information, including descriptions and photos, to our internal database upon request from Account Managers, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to problem-solve and think critically.
  • Previous Guest Services experience is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer needs.
  • A positive and professional attitude, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Strong IT skills across the Microsoft suite, including Word and Excel, to efficiently manage tasks and data.
