Migrations Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our migrations marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to communicate our migration project to our customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior marketing professional to join our expanding team and take on a leadership role in our marketing function. You will be responsible for managing the communications of our migration project, including customer upgrades, segmentation, and delivery plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to communicate our migration project to our customers
  • Manage customer upgrades, segmentation, and delivery plans
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product, customer success, and migrations teams
  • Deliver projects on time, working across multiple deliverables
  • Communicate changes to customer packages, including product updates and changes to terms and conditions

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in a relevant role
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Customer marketing experience desired, with the ability to communicate customer upgrades and manage segmentation
  • Experience across the marketing mix, including social, content, SEO, and communications
