About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Migration Manager to lead our communications efforts during a major migration project. As a senior marketing professional, you will be responsible for managing customer communications, product updates, and changes to our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to communicate changes to our customers
  • Manage customer segmentation and deliver targeted marketing plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Customer Success, to ensure seamless communication
  • Deliver projects on time and to budget, working across multiple deliverables
  • Communicate changes to customer packages, including product updates and changes to terms and conditions
