About Digital Waffle

Digital Waffle is a SaaS company based in the heart of the UK, seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead the communications for our upcoming migration project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to effectively communicate the migration project to our customers.
  • Manage customer communications, including product updates, changes to terms and conditions, and other important notifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Migrations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Utilize expertise in customer marketing, segmentation, and project management to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to inform marketing decisions.

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in a relevant marketing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer communications and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions.
