We are expanding our team at The Portfolio Group to support the growth of our business. As a Business Development Account Manager, you will play a key role in onboarding new clients and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
- Proactively address client queries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or technical questions raised by clients
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with clients via phone, email, and Teams. If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering world-class customer service, we encourage you to apply.
