Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Solicitor to join our team at Stobbs. As a Commercial Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising clients on commercial contracts, with a focus on intellectual property. You will work closely with our disputes team to handle commercial and contractual disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on commercial contracts, including drafting and negotiating terms
  • Working with the disputes team to handle commercial and contractual disputes
  • Managing a caseload of advisory and strategic work, including contract drafting and negotiation
  • Providing expert advice on intellectual property matters
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality results for clients

Requirements:

  • Qualified UK solicitor with 1-2 years PQE
  • Commercial experience at another legal firm or chambers
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Autonomous and efficient, with proven organisation and project management skills
