Learning Assistant Opportunity

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Education and Learning Assistant for Students with Autism to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting students with Autism in an educational setting.

About the Role:
  • Provide individualised support to students with Autism, adapting teaching methods to meet their diverse needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective interventions, promoting seamless transitions and continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and update targets

A competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, excellent CPD opportunities, and referral bonuses await the successful candidate.
