Children's Disability Fostering Specialist

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Worker to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will work on recruiting, assessing and supporting prospective adopters and foster carers across the region.
As a Senior Social Worker, you will provide high-quality support to children and their families through direct provision and effective partnerships. You will also respond to regulatory requirements in respect of Adoption.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent in social work, current registration with Social Work England, and significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, assess and support prospective adopters and foster carers
- Provide high-quality support to children and their families
- Respond to regulatory requirements in respect of Adoption
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker
Estimated Salary: £33.30 per hour (assignment rate)
